SHIPPING POLICY

We ship five days per week, excluding holidays. Most orders ship by the next business day of being received through our system. Additional delays may occur when multiple orders are placed, changes to the order are requested.

We use Thailand Airmail Post for all our international orders. According to Thailand Airmail Post website, they are experiencing unprecedented volumes and shortages of personnel due to the pandemic. You may experience delays in receiving your package that are beyond our control.

We ship to some countries however the list of countries is subject to change. If your country does not appear automatically, please contact us via kalm.skincare.ap@gmail.com.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you may experience shipment delays that are beyond our control either due to the shipping carrier or customs in your country. According to Thailand Airmail Post website, Airmail parcel usually takes 10 – 14 business days for delivery.
